Jan 20, 2020 - OhridThe City of Ohrid, as a "Natural and Cultural" World Heritage Site, is one of the four cities that is implementing a digital system for managing, protecting and promoting Cultural Heritage, as part of the IRC-HERMES project(Interreg Balkan-Mediterranean Programme). For the development of the platform, the historic buildings and monuments in Ohrid were assessed and digitized. In a period of two months 20.11.2019 - 20.01.2020, our team of Architects were out on the streets registering the historic buildings and monuments in Ohrid. 130 historic buildings, including residential, commercial and sacral types of buildings, were stock in the registering application. The fieldwork included visual observation of the buildings, as well as taking photographs of the architectural and structural elements and the pathology issues of the buildings. The team enjoyed the fieldwork outside the office, besides the cold and windy weather. The people that are taking care of the churches were very warm and welcoming. They provided the team with information about the restoration of the churches and the problems they are facing while maintaining the building. Often, the team was offered coffee or tea and the best coffee break they had was at Kaneo church with a million-dollar view and an interesting talk with the people visiting the church. The Christian buildings are prone to regular restoration work, and we may say that they are in a relatively good condition.

However, the fresco-painting in the churches is in danger since it is exposed to moisture, which is greatly due to the changes of the microclimate of the building, which is a result of the usage of inappropriate restoration and refurbishing works. In order to preserve these buildings, the same has to be regularly maintained.

Jan 20, 2020 - OhritQyteti i Ohrit, si një sit "Natyror dhe Kulturor" i Trashëgimisë Botërore , është njëri prej katër qyteteve që po implementon një sistem dixhital për administrimin, mbrojtjen dhe promovimin e trashëgimisë kulturore, si pjesë e projektit IRC-HERMES (programi Interreg Balkan-Mediterranean). Për ndërtimin e platformës, ndërtesat historike dhe monumentet në Ohër u vlerësuan dhe u dixhitalizuan. Në një periudhë dy mujore 20.11.2019 - 20.01.2020, ekipi ynë i Arkitektëve ishte në terren duke regjistruar ndërtesat dhe monumentet historike në Ohër. 130 ndërtesa historike, përfshirë llojet e ndërtesave rezidenciale, tregtare dhe fetare, u përfshinë në aplikacionin e regjistrimit. Puna në terren përfshiu vëzhgimin vizual të ndërtesave, fotografimin e elementeve arkitektonikë dhe strukturorë dhe çështjet e patologjisë së ndërtesave. Pavarësisht motit të ftohtë dhe erës së fortë, ekipi e shijoi punën në terren jashtë zyrës. Njerëzit që po kujdesen për kishat ishin shumë të ngrohtë dhe mikpritës. Ata i siguruan ekipit informacion e nevojshëm në lidhje me restaurimin e kishave dhe problemet me të cilat ata përballen gjatë mirëmbajtjes së ndërtesës. Shpesh, ekipit iu ofrua kafe ose çaj dhe pushimi më i mirë i kafesë që ata kishin ishte në kishën Kaneo me një pamje prej milion dollarësh dhe një bisedë interesante me njerëzit që vizitonin kishën. Градот Охрид, како „природно и културно“ светско наследство, е еден од четирите града што спроведува дигитален систем за управување, заштита и унапредување на културното наследство, како дел од проектот IRC-HERMES (Interreg Balkan-Mediterranean Programme).

За развој на платформата, беа проучени и дигитализирани историските градби и споменици во Охрид. Во период од два месеци 20.11.2019 - 20.01.2020, нашиот тим на архитекти беше на улиците регистрирајќи ги историските градби и споменици во Охрид.

130 историски згради, вклучително станбени, комерцијални и сакрални типови згради, беа прибирани во пријавата за регистрација. Теренската работа вклучуваше визуелно набудување на градбите, како и фотографирање на архитектонските и структурните елементи и патолошките проблеми на зградите.

Тимот уживаше на теренската работа надвор од канцеларијата, покрај студеното и ветровито време. Луѓето кои се грижат за црквите беа многу топли и гостољубиви. Тие му дадоа на тимот информации за реставрацијата на црквите и проблемите со кои се соочуваат при одржувањето на градбата. Честопати, на тимот му нудеа кафе или чај, а најдобрата пауза за кафе беше во црквата Канео со поглед од милион долари и интересен разговор со луѓето кои ја посетуваа црквата.

Христијанските градби се склони кон редовни реставраторски работи и можеме да кажеме дека се во релативно добра состојба.

Сепак, фрескоживописот во црквите е во опасност бидејќи е изложен на влага, што во голема мера се должи на промените на микроклимата на објектот, што е резултат на употребата на несоодветни средства за реставрација и обновување. За да се зачуваат овие згради, истите треба редовно да се одржуваат.

Aug 16, 2019 - OhridDigitization and promotion of Ohrid's cultural heritage is the goal of the "Interregional Cultural Heritage Management, E-Systems" Project - IRC-CERMES implemented by the Municipality of Ohrid in partnership with the Cyprus University of Technology, Research and Innovation Center communications and technologies from Athens, the municipalities of Samos and Corfu from Greece, "ELET" from Greece and the municipality of Gjirokastra from Albania. The project is funded by the European Union's Interreg Balkan-Mediterranean Program 2014-2020 and includes an innovative electronic heritage digitization system, which has received a European Innovation Award. In addition to Ohrid, cultural heritage will also be digitized in three other Balkan cities, which are under the protection of UNESCO, Samos, Corfu and Gjirokastra. As part of the activities envisaged, a Project Promotion Info Day was organized today in Ohrid. The Mayor of Ohrid, Konstantin Georgievski, addressed the event.

I am particularly pleased that the implementation of this project in Ohrid coincides with our efforts and plans to improve the state of preservation of the natural and cultural heritage in the Ohrid region and the preservation of UNESCO status. With a series of measures and activities we have already begun the battle for the preservation of Ohrid and through dedicated work we will make every effort to prevent further degradation and devastation of this region and we will try to repair all the damage done in the past. I am convinced that we will succeed in winning this whole process and that our region will be a positive example of fulfilling all the recommendations given to us by the UNESCO World Heritage Committee to preserve protected area status,Georgievski said.

In addition to digitizing cultural heritage, the project aims to contribute to the development of cultural tourism and to educate young people and tourists about the importance of cultural heritage. As a result of the project, the municipality of Ohrid is expected to receive, for the first time, a digital map of the cultural heritage, which will include about 130 buildings of particular cultural significance for the city. Дигитализацијата и промоцијата на културното наследство на Охрид е целта на Проектот „Управување со меѓурегионалното културно наследство, Е-системи“ - IRC-CERMES имплементиран од Општина Охрид во партнерство со Кипарскиот универзитет за технологија, Центарот за истражување и иновации за комуникации и технологии од Атина, општините Самос и Крф од Грција, „ЕЛЕТ“ од Грција и општина Ѓирокастро од Албанија.

Како дел од предвидените активности, денес во Охрид беше организиран Инфо ден за промоција на проектот. На настанот се обрати градоначалникот на Охрид, Константин Георгиевски.

Особено сум задоволен што спроведувањето на овој проект во Охрид се совпаѓа со нашите напори и планови за подобрување на состојбата со зачувување на природното и културното наследство во регионот на Охрид и зачувувањето на статусот на УНЕСКО. Со низа мерки и активности веќе ја започнавме битката за зачувување на Охрид и преку посветена работа ќе вложиме максимални напори да спречиме понатамошна деградација и уништување на овој регион и ќе се обидеме да ги санираме сите штети направени во минатото. Убеден сум дека ќе успееме да го добиеме целиот овој процес и дека нашиот регион ќе биде позитивен пример за исполнување на сите препораки што ни ги даде Комитетот за светско наследство на УНЕСКО за зачувување на статусот на заштитената област, рече Георгиевски.

Покрај дигитализацијата на културното наследство, проектот има за цел да придонесе за развој на културниот туризам и да ги едуцира младите и туристите за важноста на културното наследство. Како резултат на проектот, општина Охрид се очекува да добие, за прв пат, дигитална мапа на културното наследство, која ќе вклучува околу 130 објекти од особено културно значење за градот. Податоците од овој систем можат да се користат за туристичка промоција, но и за други потреби на општината.

Aug 16, 2019 - OhritDixhitalizimi dhe promovimi i trashëgimisë kulturore të Ohrit është qëllimi i Projektit "Menaxhimi Ndër-Rajonal i Trashëgimisë Kulturore, E-Sistemet" - IRC-CERMES i implementuar nga Bashkia e Ohrit në partneritet me Universitetin e Teknologjisë të Qipros, Qendra e Kërkimit dhe Inovacionit të komunikimit dhe teknologjive nga Athina, bashkia e Samos dhe Korfuzit nga pala Greke, "ELET" nga Greqia dhe bashkia e Gjirokastrës nga Shqipëria. Projekti është financuar nga Bashkimi Evropian, Programi Interreg Balkan-Mediterranean 2014-2020 dhe përfshin një sistem elektronik inovativ të dixhitalizimit të trashëgimisë, i cili ka marrë edhe çmimin "European Innovation Award". Cyprus University of Technology organizes a one-day Workshop on innovative use of ICT (Information Communication and Technology) on preserving, protecting and promoting Cultural Heritage in Historic Cities. The Workshop will take place in Nicosia at 22nd of October 2018 (Monday) between 10:30 and 16:30, in Leventis Gallery. The workshop is divided in two parts: first part (10:30 to 13:30) will include scientific presentations to the participants under the theme of ICT & Cultural Heritage, focusing on specific thematic areas. The second part (14:30 to 16:30) is a hands-on workshop where all the participants will be engaged in a decision-making tool for historic cities. The Workshop is part of project IRC-HERMES, funded by Interreg Balkan- Mediterranean.

Punëtoria është e ndarë në dy pjesë: pjesa e parë (10:30 deri në 13:30) do të përfshijë prezantime shkencore për pjesëmarrësit nën temën e TIK & Trashëgimisë Kulturore, duke u përqëndruar në fusha të veçanta tematike. Кипарскиот технолошки универзитет организира еднодневна работилница за иновативна употреба на ИКТ (информативна комуникација и технологија) за зачувување, заштита и унапредување на културното наследство во историските градови. Работилницата ќе се одржи во Никозија на 22 Октомври 2018 година (понеделник) помеѓу 10:30 и 16:30 часот, во галеријата Левентис. Работилницата е поделена на два дела: првиот дел (од 10:30 до 13:30 часот) ќе вклучува научни презентации пред учесниците под темата ИКТ и културно наследство, фокусирани на специфични тематски области. Вториот дел (од 14:30 до 16:30 часот) е практична работилница каде сите учесници ќе бидат ангажирани во алатка за донесување одлуки за историски градови.

Работилницата е дел од проектот IRC-HERMES, финансиран од Interreg Balkan- Mediterranean. ИРЦ-ХЕРМЕС се осврнува на зачувувањето, промовирање и развојот на културното наследство. Се фокусира на спречување на опасности од колапс со помош на алгоритми за управување и превенција за историски градби. Дигиталниот систем за управување со културното наследство, како што е HERMeS, веќе е тестиран и признат по својата иновација на европско ниво. Тој ќе се ажурира и прошири, следејќи ги истражувањата, документацијата и спроведувањето, за четирите пилот-региони: Крф, Самос Охрид и Ѓирокастро. Ќе се пристапи и кон примена на потенцијалот во други региони / населени места. Управувањето со загрозеното културно наследство е една од целите на програмата INTERREG BALKAN-MED и конкретно на Инвестицискиот Приоритет 6ц „Зачувување, заштита, промовирање и развој на природното и културното наследство“.

Работилницата е закажана во рамките на Европската Година на Културно Наследство 2018 и како придружен настан на 5-тата годишна Конференција на 7-те Најзагрозени, програма и Денови на Градење На Капацитети За Загрозено Наследство, што ќе се одржи на 22-24 октомври во Никозија (Кипар), во организација на ЕУРОПА НОСТРА.

Ќе има огромна дисеминација на трудовите и резултатите од оваа работилница преку нашите партнери и Европа Ностра.

The IRC-HERMES consortium consists of 7 partners, 4 from Greece (ATHENA Research Center, Municipality of Samos, Municipality of Corfu, and ELLINIKI ETAIRIA), 1 from Albania (Municipality of Gjirokaster), 1 from FYROM (Municipality of Ohrid) and 1 from Cyprus (Cyprus University of Technology), which is the coordinating partner. IRC-HERMES has been co-funded by the European Union (European Regional Development Fund and the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance fund) and National Funds of the participating countries under the INTERREG Balkan-Mediterranean 2014-2020 cooperation programme. The aim of the project is the development of a common strategic management platform for the building stock of settlements/regions to support the salvation, protection and presentation of their Cultural Heritage. In order to achieve this goal, the existing experience gained from implementing the Heritage Management e-System (HERMeS) will be drawn upon. HERMeS is recognized, in Europe and internationally, for its innovation, winning the prestigious European Prize for Cultural Heritage, the Europa Nostra Award, in 2015. For the development of the platform, the historic buildings and monuments stock will be assessed and digitized. After this process, a decision making tool (algorithm) will be applied in order to prioritize interventions and will produce common reports for the participating authorities. The objective of the kick-off meeting held in Cyprus University of Technology was to clarify the role of each project partner, confirm the objectives and work plan, understand the management and coordination procedures, outline the guidelines of the Interreg BalkanMed Programme, and discuss any other topics related with the IRC-HERMES project. :

Почетниот состанок на проектот InterRegional Cultural HERitage Management E-System (IRC-HERMES) се одржа на 9 март 2018 година во Кипарскиот Универзитет за Технологија. Конзорциумот ИРЦ-ХЕРМЕС се состои од 7 партнери, 4 од Грција (истражувачки центар АТЕНА, општина Самос, општина Крф и ЕЛЛИНИКИ ЕТАИРИЈА), 1 од Албанија (општина Ѓирокастро), 1 од С. Македонија (општина Охрид) и 1 од Кипар (Кипарски Универзитет за Технологија), кој е координативен партнер. ИРЦ-ХЕРМЕС е кофинансиран од Европската унија (Европски фонд за регионален развој и Фондот Инструмент за претпристапна помош) и Национални фондови на земјите учеснички во рамките на програмата за соработка INTERREG Балкан-Медитеран 2014-2020.

Целта на проектот е развој на заедничка стратешка платформа за управување со градежниот фонд на населените места / региони за поддршка на зачувувањето, заштитата и презентацијата на нивното културно наследство.

Во насока да се постигне оваа цел, ќе се искористи постојното искуство стекнато од спроведувањето на е-системот за управување со наследството (HERMeS). HERMeS е признат, во Европа и на меѓународно ниво, за својата иновација, освојувајќи ја престижната Европска награда за културно наследство, Наградата Европа Ностра, во 2015 година. За развојот на платформата, историските градби и спомениците ќе бидат проценети и дигитализирани. По овој процес, ќе се примени алатка за донесување одлуки (алгоритам) со цел да се даде приоритет на интервенциите и ќе произведе заеднички извештаи за органите учеснички.

Целта на почетниот состанок што се одржа во Кипарскиот Технолошки Универзитет беше да се разјасни улогата на секој партнер во проектот, да се потврдат целите и планот за работа, да се разберат постапките за управување и координација, да се наведат упатствата на Interreg BalkanMed Programme и да се дискутира други теми поврзани со проектот IRC-HERMES.
